Horticulture is the science that deals with cultivation of vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, shrubs, spices. It deals with maintaining nurseries, green houses, gardens and orchards. Though this can be learned from other horticulturists, a professional training will give you ample scope for a better career. You will be taught to grow plants under strictly controlled conditions using latest technology, computers and biological control of pests and diseases.
